Dal (Mallrats)

Dal describes himself as a mix between a doctor and a mechanic.
Dal is an old friend of Amber and, together, they help create the Mall Rats. He works alongside Jack to create inventions such as the turbine which helps the tribe. Dal has always wanted to live in the country with a piece of land to call his own, but the Mall Rats are his family and he decides to stay with them.
Mid series 1, Dal helps Trudy after she overdoses on sleeping pills, in an attempt to kill herself. He blames himself, and ends up trying to fight Bray when he comes to check on her, after already warning him away. When Trudy is better, Dal and Trudy talk about not really feeling like they want to be there - Trudy never wanting to come back to Sector 10 and Dal always wanting to venture to the countryside. From here, Dal develops a crush for Trudy. Whilst talking to the jester, Sasha, at the Nomad village, he admits he fantasizes about raising Brady with Trudy, but knows it'll never happen.
In series 2, Dal falls for Ellie, who is with Jack, and this creates a rift between the two friends. However, Dal spends most of his time at the farm, working and doing what he loves.
In series 3, Dal is part of a plot to kidnap Trudy and Brady but it turns out to be a trap and Dal sacrifies himself, instead of being trapped in the ambush. A large memorial is held for Dal in the mountains.

Jack-ov najbolji drug.Jedan od omiljenijih glumaca u seriji.Otac mu je bio doktor,u prvoj sezoni spasio je zivot Trudy...u Mallratse dosao zajedno sa Amber.

Da, kako mi je bilo žao kad je on umro... Bio mi je dobar, jedino mi je išao na živce kad se stalno svađao s Jackom oko Ellie.

On je poginio kad padne sa onog zida?Ne sjecam se kako je sahranjen?

Pao sa stepenica, rekao Amber da se brine o njegovom hrastu i onda su ga pobunjenici odnijeli na planinu i tamo sahranili.

Nikad mi nije bio nešto posebno, ali mi je bio drag jer je sa njima bio do početka.

On mi je bio dosadan lik. Bilo mu je vrijeme da ode iz serije. Nikad ništa zanimljivo mu se nije događalo u seriji, više je bio sporedan lik tek tolko da popuni minutažu.
